Predictive Programming? Or Just Plain "Humor"?

I would estimate that this skit was created in the 1970s. I do think it’s predictive programing. The good news is, it reveals that the doctor is completely insane. Cutting up baby genitals is NOT normal. And this is true even if your “god” tells you to do it.
